The Blancos full back Marcelo who fired in the closing goal in a 3 – 1 win against Eibar has taken to Twitter to show his appreciation and excitement after returning to the pitch.
The Brazilian, via his instagram page demanded for change in the world and in support of the #BlackLivesMatters movement.

The veteran took a knee and held his fist high to support the ‘#BlackLivesMatters ‘ movement and to honour the memory of the late George Floyd.
As a reminder, the alleged murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis, U.S. on 25 May, caused the public outrage all around the States with people from other countries joining the protests in solidarity.
The demonstration in the capital of Spain reportedly involved around 6,000 motorcycles and vehicles and caused huge traffic jams in Madrid.
